Inspired by the 80s punk scene, Maria designed a spike that emulates a mohawk hairstyle that was popular at the time and one she sported herself.

In a playful twist on the traditional narrow central strip of dark hair with bleached, shaved sides of the head, this patented piece features peaks of metal repeating uninterrupted around the hoop. The interior has an inner row of pavé white diamonds framed by a contrasting black diamond pavé on each side, a detail that blends the sharpness of the spikes with the soft elegance of the white diamonds.
